At Nanai by Julián Castro, Mediterranean dishes are cooked with care — together with Ivo Sà Barros and Julián’s mother, Sandra Castro. Like the name itself, the food and the service are meant as an embrace.

“Nanai” is more than the name of the house. In Spanish it speaks of comfort and a loving touch. Julián’s grandfather called him that — a word for warmth, shelter and family.
